Refund policy

Returns are accepted with the following conditions:

• Most customized items cannot be returned (but you won't want to!)
• Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in perfect condition
• If items arrive damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt. They will be repaired at no cost
  
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless required for a repair

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
