This chess board is our most luxurious board, with 5 layers of intricately joined and finely worked Gaboon Ebony, Spalted Maple, and Bird's Eye Maple. Gaboon Ebony is so dark it is nearly black - but close inspection still reveals a shimmering figure in the grain.
